Jabra is currently hiring a Lead Development Representative (LDR). As a Lead Development Representative, you will be an important member of the end customer marketing team playing a critical role in qualifying leads, profiling customers, and providing other insights to sales. Working in collaboration with the End Customer Marketing Managers and Sales Representatives your primary responsibilities will include:

Job Description
  • Timely lead management to include collecting and consolidating key pieces of information through outbound calls and research.
  • Thorough understanding the leads pain points and key pieces of information to create a business value proposition.
  • Create and manage product specific nurture campaigns to move the lead down the funnel.
  • Education and qualify prospects to create qualified leads Conduct discussions with prospects via both inbound and outbound activities to generate interest to convert Marketing Leads and Marketing Intelligence Leads into Marketing Qualified leads.
  • Provide account management team with detailed notes and activity overview to ensure they understand the opportunity and know how to further engage.
  • Work closely with the End Customer Marketing Managers to provide feedback on campaign and vendor conversion.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, business development or account management.
  • Experience with Intent Data/Platforms and Marketing Automation Tools.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Superb communications skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to highlight our benefits/advantages/features of our products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $65,000 to $75,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays.
